Up to 14% INCREASE in the Value of your Property
Did you know that each band of improved energy efficiency grade shown on your E.P.C. can add up to 14% to your property's value?
A property with a market value of £250,000 could add around £35,000 to it's value simply by increasing it's energy efficiency grade from grade C to grade B.
