Tony Webb, Your EPC energy assessor is an Elmhurst Energy accredited assessor and has his EPC assessments checked regularly in order to check that they meet government set Domestic Energy assessor standards.
This means that should he fail these standards that he has to rectify the mistakes and issue you with a new valid EPC certificate. In addition to this, for your protection and in the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint, there is a complaints procedure to be followed in order to achieve a successful conclusion.

My earliest memory is trying to fry jam whilst my parents were asleep. Fortunately, there was only smoke damage. For some reason I never got to find out what it tasted like!
At my infant school on Foulness Island our head teacher kept ducks and gave an egg to a pupil everyday. When it was my turn, I took the egg home, put it on the front doorstep, squated and very gently sat on it an attempt to hatch it. Unfortunately, I collapsed onto the egg and ended up with smashed egg not, all over my face but, somewhere else!
I served 12 years as a nurse in the Royal Army Medical Corps and for ten years afterwards I worked as an Agency nurse in several Hospitals.
I have also worked for many years in the retail trade as an entrepreneur or as an Employee here, in the UK, the Falkland Islands and in Finland.
As a feat of endurance, I took a ski mountaineering expedition holiday in Norway and skied 400km in 10 days.
I've recently trained to be a Domestic Energy Assessor (Energy Performance Certificate and Retrofit Assessor) and am accredited through Quidos, which also provides the Trustmark Gaurantee.
