Introduction

Instructions on How to book an E.P.C. - Energy Performance Certificate

Step 1

Select Prices and Book or a Book Now button

This will open the E.P.C. booking page

Step 2

Start of Booking

If you have selected prices and book you will see this screen

Select book now button.

It will open the booking app in a new window.

Step 3

Start of Booking

Our EPC assessment (Energy Performance Certificate) booking app will look like this

Select your EPC option from the list

Step 4

A new screen will open that will display your selected EPC option (A)

Please make sure that you have selected the correct number of bedrooms for your EPC

Click the Book button (B)

A new screen will open

Step 5

The booking diary will open.

Click the down arrow (A)

This will open the date calendar

Select your date (B)

Scroll down to see appointment time slots

Step 6

Select your appointment time option (A)

NOTE Unavailable appointments are shaded in grey (B)

Step 7

The details window will open.

Enter your details

Step 8

Important

Please make sure that the address entered is for the property that you want the EPC assessment for

next scroll down

Step 9

until you see Appointment Notes (A)

Enter any information that you think will be helpful for the EPC assessor (A)

This can include;

It's difficult to park nearby

You can park on our driveway

Next - click on the Book Appointment button (B)

A new window will open

Step 10

Appointment Confirmation Your EPC appointment details will be shown

Check through these to make sure that it is correct

Click Add to calendar if you want to add your EPC appointment details to it

Otherwise .....

Step 11

You can click on the Eco Bunny logo in the top left (A)

It will return you to our website (ecobunny.co.uk)

Alternatively

You can click on the menu button in the top right (B) ...

Step 12

You will see a pop up screen like this

It will show the contact details for Ecobunny

Go down to the bottom .....

Step 13

and click on the Globe to return to ecobunny.co.uk

Information about What happens after you have your EPC appointment confirmed
